Gut renovation of a 2,200 SF three-bedroom, four-bathroom duplex condominium in Manhattan with custom designed moldings, doors and millwork, including fixture, finish and hardware and selections. The existing layout was completely reimagined in order to create a natural flow. Warm materials and natural stone pervade the aesthetic of the common spaces. The bathrooms are fitted with striking geometric patterns and pops of color.
